A WORKED EXAMPLE

One sofa. Several handling stages.

A brand supplies a sofa in a large protective carton. The receiving dock can accept it, but the proposed pick aisle and parcel packing station cannot handle that carton. The delivery quotation also ends at the curb while the customer expects placement indoors. Product dimensions alone did not define the job. The brand and provider must confirm the complete handling and delivery path before accepting orders.
