The Maintenance Technology Specialist (Support Admin) plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of equipment and systems by providing advanced diagnostic support. This position is responsible for analyzing maintenance data, identifying root causes of equipment failures, and recommending corrective actions to improve asset performance and reduce downtime. This role is essential in improving fleet reliability and supporting predictive maintenance strategies across the transportation network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
A successful Maintenance Technology Specialist (Support Admin) must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Maintenance Technology Specialist (Support Admin) must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
