Job Description
Shift Information – 1st Shift – 6AM-230PM & 2nd Shift 2PM - 1030PM
- Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
- Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials
- Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams
- Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues
- Scan “checked out” paperwork and file documentation appropriately

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Customer-service mindset

Pay/Benefits/Perks
- $18.20 + $3 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
- Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
