Job Description
Days and Shift Information:
- 10-12 hours a day. Starts at 6AM. - Mon - Friday - Home nightly
- Flexibility (Overtime)
Responsibilities
- Transport finished goods and/or raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail/distribution centers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, along with light preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and internal company policies
- Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, on-the-road and loading dock environments
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Physical work, including occasional lifting, climbing, and extended sitting while driving
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of CDL driving
- Previous experience in commercial driving or similar transportation roles preferred
- Must be at least 23 years old
- No DWI/DUI on MVR in the past 3 years
- No more than one at-fault accident on MVR within the past 3 years
- Must pass pre-employment physical and DOT drug screen
- Manual Transmission

Additional Information
Pay/Benefits/Perks
- $24/hr + Additional drop pay for every load delivered
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
