Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who will serve as the initial point of contact for professional CDL-A drivers interested in joining our team. This role involves educating potential candidates about our company culture, equipment, routes, and career opportunities while guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process from the first call to orientation. No prior experience in recruiting or trucking is necessary; we're prioritizing the right attitude, coachability, and a willingness to learn.

  • Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
  • Cold call and respond to calls quickly
  • Pre-screen potential applicants
  • Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
  • Schedule driver orientations and training
  • Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
  • Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

6 months- 1 year
