SERVICE DESIGN & OPERATIONAL VALUE
Verified Reviews
Verified reviews carry a platform’s stated indication that a particular check was completed, such as matching a purchase or confirming a service relationship. The badge’s meaning depends on that process.
VERIFIED REVIEWS IN PRACTICE
- Define verificationName the evidence being checked.
- Apply consistent checksUse the stated process fairly.
- Communicate the limitMake the badge understandable.
Use the agreed units, actual records and approved procedures for your operation.
A WORKED EXAMPLE
Purchase matched. Opinion still subjective.
A platform confirms that a reviewer bought a product and marks the review accordingly. The badge supports that purchase link. It does not establish that every performance claim is correct or that the person has no incentive affecting their view.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR QUOTE
Agree the requirement before comparing quotes
Use the actual shipment, stock and service requirements. Record the billing unit, included work and responsibility for exceptions.
