SERVICE DESIGN & OPERATIONAL VALUE
Urban Logistics
Urban logistics is the planning and execution of goods movement and related handling within urban areas. It coordinates deliveries, collections and facilities around local access, demand and operating constraints.

- Review actual resultsTrack completion and exceptions.
Use the agreed units, actual records and approved procedures for your operation.
A WORKED EXAMPLE
Nearby addresses with different access.
Two customers are on the same city block. One has a booked loading bay and the other requires a timed handover with limited curb access. A distance-only plan could underestimate the work even though the addresses are close.
