Ship321 is a cross-border 3PL operating in Tijuana, Mexico and San Diego, California, helping brands reduce duties, labor costs, and fulfillment expenses while serving the U.S. market.
Our Tijuana operation is IMMEX-certified (similar to a bonded warehouse), allowing qualifying inventory to be stored in Mexico without paying Mexican duties or VAT and enabling brands to defer applicable U.S. duties until inventory is exported into the U.S.
We provide DTC and B2B fulfillment, with orders fulfilled in Tijuana, crossed into San Diego daily, and injected into U.S. carrier networks the same day for qualifying orders.
Our model is especially valuable for brands with labor-intensive and value-added operations, including assembly, kitting, customization, printing, labeling, rework, QC, refurbishment, and repackaging. Mexico’s significantly lower labor costs can create substantial savings compared with performing the same work at a traditional U.S. 3PL.
Ship321 manages the entire process: including customs/compliance, cross-border transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and U.S. carrier injection, as one integrated operation.
