pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse 
environment. Work with the Operations team to maintain accuracy, protect product quality, 
meet deadlines, and follow safety procedures.

Important: Schedule Flexibility
Schedules, shifts, and hours may change based on order volume and business needs. 
Applicants must be willing to adjust to changing schedules and operational priorities. 
Overtime, weekend work, and extended hours may be needed during peak periods.

Essential Job Functions

• Follow daily assignments, order priorities, and shipping deadlines from the 
Operations Supervisor or Manager.
• Pick products using order details, pick lists, or system instructions; verify product 
numbers, quantities, and order information.
• Pack orders using appropriate materials and procedures, label packages accurately, 
and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Sort, stage, and organize outgoing orders in designated shipping areas.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a 
supervisor.
• Assist with replenishing picking locations, organizing inventory, and restocking 
packing supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and complete end-of-shift 
housekeeping.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable team approach.
• Willingness to adjust to changing schedules and operational needs.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
