I always refer and use the Jay Group for CPG. They're privately and family owned, so the level of service they provide is consistent and the quality doesn't stray with any type of seasonality. Blake, Scott, and everyone I've worked with have all gotten their hands dirty with each aspect of the business. From working the line, QA, returns, customer service, it's refreshing to see a leadership team that actually knows the ins and outs. Most importantly, they have high expectations from their customers. It's a true partnership because they'll want you to think about your supply chain in a smart and sustainable way, so that they can meet the level of service that you'd demand. Getting on the phone with the Jay Group is often times like getting on a call with a consultant, because they know the right questions you should be asking, and give you a realistic perspective on the obstacles that'll exist along the way. They don't gaslight you and are great technology partners.
