We're a small health & beauty DTC brand shipping into the US, and Crown has been a solid fit from the start. Most 3PLs weren't interested in a startup with low order volume — Crown onboarded us without friction and treated the account seriously from day one.Receiving and inventory handling have been accurate, and restocks get processed without me having to chase anyone.
