Job Descriptions: 

  • To achieve target level of sort efficiency and sort throughput speed 

  • Maintain an efficient warehouse team, in carrying out relevant sort functions 

  • Using data and physical checks, ensure warehouse sort target efficiency is achieved

  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise 

  • Coordinate instructions passed down from the other departments to your respective warehouse team. 

  • Schedule workload equally to the team members 

  • Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks 

  • Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

  • To ensure no damage to item during loading/unloading. 

  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 

  • Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. 

Requirement: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. 

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Logistic/ Warehouse experience will be considered. 

  • Candidate must be prepared to manage and discipline drivers, preferably Junior

  • Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
