本岗位为 Ninja Van 中国区独立法务岗（Sole Counsel），全面统筹中国区及集团跨境业务的法律事务，直接向新加坡集团区域法务总监 / 集团 CFO 汇报，深度参与跨国团队协作。您将独立负责商业与采购合同、进出口海关合规咨询、公司证照与企业文件管理、合规风险管控等全模块法务工作，为中国区物流与跨境电商业务的快速发展提供全流程法律与合规保障，助力集团整体战略目标落地。
任职要求
中国或普通法司法辖区法学学位，本科及以上学历；持有中国法律职业资格证书者优先；
具备5 年及以上企业法务经验，或律所与企业法务复合背景；
精通商事合同，熟悉公司法及仓储、进出口海关、海运/空运相关法律领域；具有销售驱动型企业、物流或电商行业法务经验，以及具有一定关联交易及税务合规经验者优先；
具备优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力，可无障碍支持跨国工作场景；
自驱力与责任心强、高度主动，能够作为独立法务胜任全模块法律工作；适应与中国、新加坡团队的跨区域协作，可接受偶尔出差。
