What You'll Do

• Prospect and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and networking
• Build your own book of business by developing long-term customer relationships
• Learn how to identify shipping needs and provide customized transportation solutions
• Negotiate pricing and help customers navigate shipping challenges
• Become a trusted resource by delivering exceptional service and communication
• Collaborate with teammates on pricing strategies, account implementation, and problem-solving
• Learn the freight market and develop sales strategies that help you win more business

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent / (AA)(AS) or (BA) a bonus 
• Sales experience preferred - but not required
