About the role
The Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and driver & user acquisition.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
- Support social media content, promotions, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
What we seek:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with experience in paid ads and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City
