Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team in Panama City, Panama. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our organization's expansion and success. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities.

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and team dynamics
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress
• Build and nurture talent networks and relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer documentation
• Provide regular recruitment updates and forecasting to HR leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Preferred: Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools
• Preferred: Familiarity with social media recruiting and digital sourcing strategies
• Preferred: Background in corporate or multinational organization recruitment
• Preferred: Knowledge of Panama's local job market and recruitment landscape
