Key Responsibilities
Establish clear and concise communications both internally and externally
Research Customs and Partner Government Agency regulations
Draft analysis and opinion letters
Audit entries
Audit and assess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
Manage multiple ongoing projects and project deadlines
Track project time daily
Contribute to departmental improvements
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
U.S. Customs Broker license preferred
5+ years’ import compliance experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong understanding of U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency requirements
Proficient in Word and Excel. Access database skills preferred.
Up to 25% travel may be required
