Logistics Support I - Crossborder Intermodal

About the Role

Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely customer invoicing and accessorial requests, maintaining up-to-date account records, and securing prompt payment for all Celtic/Uber Freight invoices within established deadlines.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Invoicing Account Management: Master specific account requirements—including billing cycles, charges, accessorial policies, and key contacts—to handle billing inquiries and resolve disputes promptly.

• Reporting Escalations: Provide weekly account summaries to the Intermodal Administrative Invoicing Supervisor and escalate non-responsive customers or carriers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, account operations, and accounting teams to resolve account issues, support profitability, and assist with new customer onboarding.

• Process Ownership: Maintain updated policies and procedures, demonstrate full ownership over assigned accounts, and complete special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets) and standard Microsoft tools.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Solid background in customer service with professional communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, think critically, and proactively solve problems.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong research skills to gather key data, evaluate broad factors, and drive solutions.

• Organization Prioritization: Exceptional time management to prioritize tasks under pressure, manage risks, and maintain structured records across multiple data sources.

• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to align responsibilities and build constructive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
