You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MATERIEL READINESS DIRECTORATE (N43/N46 of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and ability to direct and conduct complex studies requiring application of analytical and statistical methods and techniques. Experience and advanced knowledge of accountable property systems of record (APSR), Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), Defense Property Accountability and compliance with the standards of DoW and DoN 5200.45 series instructions. Experience in leading APSR and FIAR on site Audit teams validating Book-to-Floor and Floor-to-Book inventory. Experience and qualification as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and knowledge of Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) modules. Experience with Expeditionary Equipment (Table of Allowance or other service equivalent), knowledge and experience (3yr) as it relates to Type Command (TYCOM) or Systems Command (SYSCOM) Mission, Function, and Tasks. Experience and have an understanding of total life cycle management for expeditionary materiel and equipment. Experience with Table of Allowance organization, configuration management, integrated product support, readiness reporting systems, modularization, and relationship to capability sets in support of Navy Expeditionary missions. Experience and detailed knowledge of expeditionary logistics procedures, expeditionary supply and logistics support concepts. Knowledge of Planning Programing Budgeting and Execution of DoD funding.
