We are looking for a Facilities Admin Officer to lead and support our Facilities Admin team. This role ensures smooth operations across all facilities, compliance with regulations, and timely completion of key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide Facilities Admin Officers in sourcing, lease management, and compliance

  • Ensure all facilities meet government requirements and company standards

  • Monitor facility operations, maintenance, and asset inventory

  • Review reports, expenses, and negotiations before final approval

  • Provide training and support to team members

  • Track team performance and ensure KPIs are met

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure accuracy of reports and operations

  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Facilities Admin Head

  • Must know how to process business and lease permit.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure timely business registration and permits for all facilities

  • Oversee facility sourcing and setup aligned with company standards

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports for budgeting and operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any 4-year course)

  • 3–4 years experience in Admin, Facilities, or Procurement

  • Knowledge of local government regulations (logistics industry is a plus)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Willling to be based in Calamba, Laguna.
